I've always worked out on my own, at multiple gyms throughout the years, Golds, Family Fitness, LA Fitness, etc... This was the first time I joined a gym that puts on classes and I can honestly say, I'll never go back. The diversity of the classes and the people here is incredible. Being able to choose from so many available class times was a huge benefit as my free time is extremely limited and highly valuable to me. From day 1, I was welcomed by the instructors and the members as people from all walks of life frequent the gym and have created a very fun environment and a positive community. I would recommend VAC to anyone at any stage in their fitness and health journey.

I joined this gym during the first year of Covid.  I lost the weight I gained while working from home. In addition, I gained a bunch of friends!  This gym has a supportive community feel that I’m thankful for.  It’s like that old TV show Cheers, you walk in and everyone knows your name!!

I first started with this gym in 2017.  Sadly I left during the pandemic, but I recently came back and couldn't be happier.  The only regret I have is not coming back sooner (or never leaving in the first place!)  Getting back to where I was 4 years ago will take some time, but with these excellent coaches and the encouraging atmosphere this facility provides, I have no doubt I will achieve the goals I have set for myself.  Do yourself a favor and check them out!
